Hyphæ is a new research project combining choreography and mycology. Collaborating with a scientist specialising in symbiotic interactions between forest trees and fungi, the artistic team explores methods of translating scientific insights about the ecology and physiology of fungal mycelium into embodied forms. By depicting natural phenomena observed in biodiverse forests, the project aims to make complex ecological interactions more tangible and accessible to the public. The research is intended to lay foundations for a potential future performance.

Work-in-Progress sharing at the Dogo Residenz für Neue Kunst, Lichtensteig (SG).
